Getting to know me:

Hi! My name is Lynnette Woolf. I was born in California and moved to Utah as a young person. During my high school years my family moved to Germany, where I had some truly memorable opportunities. I caught the “travel bug” while living there and while visiting family in Wales. I would love to travel again. I worked in New York City as a “word processor” for a court reporting firm and have since spent my spare time in both the educational- and computer worlds. I was the Software Support Specialist for an educational software company in my early 20s. After that, I raised my six children (for 30 years) in both Utah and Arizona. Five are married and have blessed my life with (going on) 16 grandchildren. I spent time helping in my children’s classrooms; teaching a co-op preschool then Montessori Preschool; substitute teaching and as a Reading Specialist. I received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education in 2015 and taught third grade for four years on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico. I hope now, as the Computer Lab Assistant, to help your students get the most out of combining both worlds: computers and education. I love the outdoors, movies, family, and continuing to learn.
