Our first ever Family Fitness Night will be held on Thursday, September 22nd from 5 – 7 p.m. We will NOT be serving dinner, but we will have healthy food to snack on. Come join us as we learn more about hygiene, healthy habits, stress management, meditation, exercise, and much more! Wear your gym shorts and tennis shoes. We will see you there!
